Industrii Properties contacted us with a fantastic design brief, they had a new branding project, they needed a new name for their new business project and suitable branding materials. They were in the process of constructing and delivering a new format for micro businesses to meet commercial property net zero objectives and stimulate job creation, their designs were based on a successful Nordic business model adapted to the UK market with additional sustainability.
The first mission was to come up with a name for this new project, we came up with the word KESTA, a Finnish word that translates into cope, stand, withstand, endure, to hold up. And the Finnish phrase Talo KESTA myrskyn (The house withstood the storm) seemed to encapsulate what their new business plan was all about
Kesta Developments needed a suitable logo that reflected its quality build processes whilst tilting a hat to their strong environmental credentials.
